This 25-minute Yoga Nidra session is designed to guide you into a state of non-sleep deep rest (NSDR): conscious, still, and deeply restorative. Set to soothing binaural beats carefully tuned to support theta brainwave states, this practice gently dissolves the residue of stress, overthinking, and accumulated tension — without requiring you to do anything at all.
Yoga Nidra has been shown to reduce cortisol, improve sleep quality, and support emotional regulation by taking the nervous system out of sympathetic dominance and into the parasympathetic rest-and-digest state.
